The St. Rollox Diptych was a temporary assemblage made from a selection of objects left behind and rescued before the demolition of St. Rollox Church. The piece explored the congregation’s experience during a period of transition. Having been uprooted from one home, while waiting for their new building to be completed, they worshiped and ran their community outreach from a temporary, modular building.  Within this space, The St. Rollox Diptych highlighted the fragmentary nature of memory, while affirming the faith that sustains and points to a future, which can be glimpsed but is yet to be realised.
